Shipping Policy

We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order — no surprises.

Where we ship

Canada — all provinces and territories
United States — all 50 states

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, along with tracking information. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Canadian public holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

Canada
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days

United States
Standard shipping: 7–14 business days
Expedited shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier volumes, weather, or customs processing.

Customs & duties (US orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at meetthemomentgroup@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll do everything we can to help track it down.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items — all sales are final
  • Digital products
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

How to start a return

Email us at meetthemomentgroup@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at meetthemomentgroup@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
